Can I use Proactives for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited document uploads, your health summary, tracking for up to 250 health details, and 10 AI questions per month — forever. When you upload your first document, a 30-day full-AI trial begins so you can explore unlimited chat and prep sheets. After that, you keep 10 questions a month for free or upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You keep 10 AI questions per month — forever — along with everything else on the Free plan: your documents, your health summary, and 2 doctor-ready printouts per year. Upgrade to Pro anytime to unlock unlimited AI chat, unlimited prep sheets, and unlimited exports.
How does caregiver access work?
Pro users can invite family members and healthcare providers to their care team. Caregivers get free access — they don't need their own subscription. Access is controlled by the patient's account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your documents and data are always yours.
What counts as a 'health detail'?
Every medication, diagnosis, lab result, allergy, and other health data point extracted from your documents. Your health summary is built from these details. Free users can track up to 250 — enough for most patients managing one or two conditions. Pro users get unlimited.
What's the free year promo?
In honour of the 2026 Ride to Conquer Cancer, everyone who creates an account before June 13, 2026 gets full Pro access free for one year. No credit card needed — just sign up and you're in. After the year, you can subscribe to Pro or continue on the Free plan.
What about existing users?
