Can I use Proactives for free?
Yes! The Free plan includes unlimited document uploads, OCR, and AI health data extraction for up to 200 facts. Your Living Summary updates automatically as facts are extracted. When you upload your first document, a 30-day AI trial begins so you can explore chat and Smart Prompts.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
After 30 days, AI chat and Smart Prompts lock on the Free plan. Your documents, Living Summary, and 2 PDF exports per year remain available forever. Upgrade to Pro anytime to unlock everything.
How does caregiver access work?
Pro users can invite family members and healthcare providers to their care team. Caregivers get free access — they don't need their own subscription. Access is controlled by the patient's account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your documents and data are always yours.
What counts as a fact?
Every medication, diagnosis, lab result, allergy, and other health data point extracted from your documents is a fact. Your Living Summary is built from your facts. Free users get 200 facts — enough to get started. Pro users get unlimited.
