About Proactives
Most health apps are built for people who are mostly well. This isn't.

Your records won't be used to train AI models. The contracts with the AI providers Proactives uses prohibit it.
Proactives doesn't replace your doctor.It helps you walk in prepared. Diagnosis, treatment, and judgment stay where they belong — with the clinician in the room with you.

Why this exists
In healthcare, an inconclusive radiology read that nobody follows up on isn't a rare failure — it's the default. The same gap shows up across cancer, chronic disease, and family caregiving. Proactives was founded by a Princess Margaret cancer survivor whose own near-miss diagnosis came out of exactly that gap.
